Applications : This potent and selective FGFR4 inhibitor blocks FGF19/FGFR4 signaling in HuH‑7 cells and suppresses proliferation in HuH‑7 HCC and MDA‑MB‑453 breast cancer cells. It also shows strong antitumor activity in a HuH‑7 xenograft model, highlighting the 7‑azaindole scaffold as a promising basis for developing FGFR4‑targeted anticancer agents.
