Applications : This is a nanomolar‑potency FLT3 inhibitor from an imidazo[1,2‑b]pyridazine series, active against FLT3‑ITD and FLT3‑D835Y mutants (IC₅₀ = 4 and 1 nM). It shows strong cellular activity in FLT3‑mutant AML lines, effectively blocks FLT3 signaling, and suppresses tumor growth in MV4‑11 xenograft mice at 5–10 mg/kg without toxicity.
