Applications : Flubendazole disrupts microtubule dynamics by inhibiting tubulin polymerization, producing potent anthelmintic effects. It also triggers apoptosis in colorectal cancer cells via STAT3 inhibition and autophagy activation, while elevating p53 and reducing Cyclin B1 and p‑cdc2. These combined actions support its use in both antiparasitic and anticancer research.
