Applications : Flutamide antagonizes the androgen receptor with high affinity (K_i= 55 nM), effectively inhibiting prostate tumor growth and enhancing the therapeutic response to Docetaxel. It also demonstrates potential protective activity in models of hyperthermia‑induced multiple organ dysfunction.
