Applications : Foretinib potently inhibits the MET and KDR (VEGFR2) kinases with IC₅₀ values of 0.4 nM and 0.9 nM, respectively. As a multi‑target inhibitor, it is widely used to investigate MET‑ and VEGF‑mediated tumor growth, angiogenesis, and therapeutic resistance.
