Applications : Foretinib phosphate targets c‑MET and VEGFR2 to suppress angiogenesis and tumor growth. In lung cancer cells, it shows mechanistic differences from cabozantinib and exerts stronger inhibition of additional kinases, including MEK1/2, FER, and AURKB, contributing to its broader anti‑tumor efficacy.
