Applications : Fosbretabulin disodium, the disodium salt of the Combretastatin A4 proagent, destabilizes tubulin and selectively targets tumor endothelial cells. It collapses newly formed tumor vasculature, decreases blood flow, and induces central necrosis within solid tumors.
