Applications : Fosbretabulin tromethamine is the phosphate prodrug of Combretastatin A4 and functions as a vascular‑disrupting agent with demonstrated activity in ATC. It preferentially injures tumor endothelial cells, acutely reduces tumor blood flow, and promotes central necrosis through collapse of nascent neovessels.
