Applications : This is an impurity of Fosfomycin sodium, which is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that crosses the blood-brain barrier and irreversibly inhibits early cell wall synthesis. Fosfomycin sodium is active in vivo and in vitro against many bacteria, including MDR, XDR, and PDR strains.
