Applications : Fostamatinib-d₉ is a deuterium labelled version an analog of Fostamatinib, which is an oral prodrug of the active compound Tamatinib. Tamatinib is an orally available and competitive Syk/FLT3 inhibitor. Tamatinib is a potential drug for treatment of the inflammation associated with and causing bronchial asthma resulting from allergen-induced airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR).
