Applications : FX-2149 is a BBB‑penetrant inhibitor that targets the GTP‑binding function of LRRK2 with high potency (IC90= 10 nM). It decreases GTP‑loaded levels of mutant LRRK2 variants such as G2019S and R1441C, making it a valuable tool for probing LRRK2‑mediated neurodegenerative mechanisms.
