Applications : GC‑14 selectively and non‑covalently inhibits SARS‑CoV‑2 Mpro with low cytotoxicity and sub‑micromolar potency (IC₅₀ = 0.40 µM). It shows good antiviral activity (EC₅₀ = 1.1 µM) and is widely used in COVID‑19 research.
