Applications : GDC-0575 hydrochloride selectively targets Chk1 with nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 1.2 nM) and is orally bioactive. It is widely used to investigate Chk1‑dependent DNA‑damage signaling in models of colitis and colitis‑associated tumorigenesis.
