Applications : This is a deuterium labelled version diastereomer of Glasdegib, which is a potent and orally bioavailable smoothened inhibitor. Glasdegib binds to human SMO. Glasdegib is used for the treatment of newly-diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
