Applications : Glesatinib is an orally active MET/SMO inhibitor that also blocks P‑gp–mediated multidrug resistance in NSCLC cells. Its dual kinase inhibition and MDR‑modulating properties make it useful for investigating MET‑dependent cancers and chemoresistance.
