Applications : GNE‑8505 is an orally active and BBB‑permeable DLK inhibitor that potently blocks DLK/JNK signaling, with measurable activity in pJNK (IC₅₀ = 0.144 µM) and DRG assays (EC₅₀ = 0.457 µM). It attenuates c‑Jun phosphorylation, protects neurons from degeneration, and suppresses axonal loss. In mouse CNS tissues, it reduces phosphorylated c‑Jun levels, supporting its application in Alzheimer’s and ALS research.
