Applications : This is a highly potent GPR183 antagonist with excellent aqueous solubility, selectivity, and pharmacokinetic properties. In a mouse collagen‑induced arthritis (CIA) model, it showed exceptional efficacy at just 0.1 mg/kg, markedly reducing paw and joint swelling, proinflammatory cytokine expression, inflammatory cell infiltration, cartilage damage, pannus formation, and bone erosion in a dose‑dependent manner. These results position as a strong lead molecule for further development in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases driven by GPR183.
