Applications : GPR183 antagonist‑3 is an orally active GPR183 inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 8.7 µM, showing strong anti-migration and anti‑inflammatory activity in monocytes by suppressing oxysterol‑driven GPR183 signaling. In vivo, it ameliorates DSS‑induced experimental colitis, improving pathological symptoms and demonstrating its potential as a therapeutic lead for inflammatory bowel disease and other GPR183‑mediated inflammatory conditions.
