Applications : Grazoprevir sodium salt is a potent HCV NS3/4A protease inhibitor with K_i values of 0.01–0.90 nM across major hepatitis C genotypes. It also inhibits the SARS‑CoV‑2 3CL protease, indicating additional antiviral potential beyond HCV.
