Applications : GSK-650394 selectively inhibits SGK1 and SGK2 with low‑nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 62–103 nM) and is widely used to probe SGK‑dependent signaling pathways. Notably, it also suppresses influenza virus replication, extending its relevance to antiviral studies.
