Applications : This is an orally active, potent HBV cccDNA reducer with strong antiviral activity. It shows anti‑HBeAg potency (IC₅₀ = 0.58 μM) and anti‑HBV activity (IC₅₀ = 1.15 μM), along with excellent aqueous solubility (LYSA > 452 μg/mL) and favorable PK properties. It demonstrates no cellular toxicity, making it a valuable tool compound for HBV replication and cccDNA‑targeted research.
