Applications : This is a potent dual HDAC1/EZH2 inhibitor with IC₅₀ = 0.12 μM (HDAC1) and 0.059 μM (EZH2). It shows strong antiproliferative activity in MV4‑11 cells (IC₅₀ = 0.17 μM), outperforming the SAHA + GSK126 cocktail. It suppresses tumor growth in vivo with efficacy comparable to combination therapy, supporting its potential as a promising dual epigenetic modulator for hematological malignancy research.
