Applications : This lead compound demonstrates potent hDHODH inhibition (IC₅₀ = 16 nM), strong antiproliferative activity in Raji lymphoma cells (IC₅₀ = 7.7 nM), and high aqueous solubility (20.1 mg/mL). It directly inhibits hDHODH, triggers S‑phase arrest, shows low acute toxicity, and achieves 81.4% tumor growth inhibition at 30 mg/kg in a Raji xenograft model, highlighting its promise as a preclinical lymphoma candidate.
