Applications : HIF‑2α‑IN‑9 is a small‑molecule HIF‑2α inhibitor that suppresses VEGF‑A expression (IC₅₀ = 305 nM) and down‑regulates multiple growth‑promoting genes in tumor cells. By blocking HIF‑2α‑driven transcriptional programs, it also reactivates macrophage‑mediated antitumor immunity, supporting its potential as a tool compound for studying HIF‑2α‑dependent cancer biology.
