Applications : HP-661 selectively targets complex I of the OXPHOS pathway, showing strong functional inhibition (76% at 1 µM) in H460 electron‑flow assays and potent cytotoxicity toward high‑OXPHOS H460 cells (IC₅₀ = 5 nM). Its activity makes it valuable for studying mitochondrial‑driven metabolic dependencies in tumor cells.
