Applications : This is an impurity of Chloroquine, which is an antimalarial and anti-inflammatory drug used for malaria and rheumatoid arthritis. Chloroquine inhibits autophagy and toll-like receptors (TLRs), and has demonstrated efficacy against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) infection.
