Applications : HZX‑02‑059 is an allosteric PIKfyve inhibitor and a potent methuosis inducer that disrupts the PIKfyve/TFEB axis, suppresses tubulin polymerization, and reduces phospho‑mTOR levels. It downregulates multiple oncogenic pathways—including p53, PI3K/AKT, c‑Myc, and NF‑κB—leading to G2/M arrest, apoptosis, and strong anti‑proliferative effects in cancer cells. HZX‑02‑059 is applicable to studies of lymphoma, double‑hit lymphoma, and B‑ALL, making it a promising methuosis‑based anticancer research tool.
