Applications : IACS‑010759 selectively targets mitochondrial complex I, blocking oxidative phosphorylation with strong oral activity. It impairs growth and induces apoptosis in cancer models dependent on OXPHOS, including brain tumors and AML. These properties support its investigation in relapsed/refractory AML and metabolically driven solid tumors.
