Applications : IACS‑010759 hydrochloride selectively targets mitochondrial complex I with strong oral activity, impairing oxidative phosphorylation. It reduces growth and induces apoptosis in cancer models dependent on OXPHOS, including brain tumors and AML. Its metabolic mechanism of action positions it as a promising tool for studying relapsed/refractory AML and solid tumors.
