Applications : IACS‑13909 selectively targets SHP2 with low‑nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 15.7 nM; Kd = 32 nM) and shows minimal activity against other phosphatases, including SHP1. It inhibits MAPK‑pathway signaling downstream of RTKs and displays robust antitumor activity in RTK‑driven cancer models.
