Applications : Idasanutlin‑d₃ is a deuterium-labelled version of Idasanutlin. This can be used as an analytical labelled reference standard. Idasanutlin selectively blocks the p53–MDM2 interaction with nanomolar potency (IC₅₀= 6 nM), thereby restoring p53 dependent cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in MDM2 driven cancer models.
