Applications : Indirubin‑3′‑monoxime‑5‑sulphonic acid potently inhibits CDK1 and CDK5 at low‑nanomolar concentrations (IC₅₀ = 5–7 nM) and also targets GSK‑3β (IC₅₀ = 80 nM). This derivative is widely used to probe kinase‑dependent mechanisms in cell‑cycle and signaling studies.
