Applications : Indirubin‑3′‑oxime inhibits CDKs and GSK3β and directly targets JNK1/2/3 with sub‑micromolar IC₅₀ values (0.8–1.4 µM). Through activation of Wnt/β‑catenin signaling in chondrocytes, IDR3O has been shown to enhance height growth, highlighting its diverse biological activities.
