Applications : Iohexol-d5 is a deuterium labelled version of Iohexol. This can be used as an analytical labelled reference standard. Iohexol is a non-ionic, water-soluble contrast agent commonly employed as a reference standard for assessing glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in evaluating renal function. Additionally, Iohexol serves as a contrast medium in procedures such as myelography, computed tomography studies—including cisternography and ventriculography—as well as MicroCT imaging.
