Applications : Isavuconazole is a triazole proagent with antifungal activity against yeasts, molds, and dimorphic fungi. It inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis, which disrupts fungal membrane structure and function. Isavuconazole also acts as a moderate inhibitor of CYP3A4.
