Applications : This is a nitrosamine impurity of Ivabradine, which is an orally bioavailable, hyperpolarization-activated, cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) channel blocker. Ivabradine is used for the symptomatic management of stable heart-related chest pain and heart failure not fully managed by beta blockers.
