Applications :

JNJ-1930942 is a novel positive allosteric modulator (PAM) of the α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR). It is being studied for the treatment of cognitive deficits associated with schizophrenia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
