Applications : JSD-26 selectively inhibits SCoR2 with low‑nanomolar potency (IC50 = 93 nM) and shows 10‑fold discrimination against AKR1B1. Its pharmacological profile supports its use in probing SCoR2‑mediated metabolic dysfunction in AKI models.
