Applications : K812 potently and selectively inhibits ASK1 at low‑nanomolar concentrations and demonstrates in vivo neuroprotective activity. It reduces glial activation within the spinal cord and extends survival in SOD1‑G93A mice, making it a useful tool for investigating ASK1‑dependent mechanisms in ALS.
