Applications : KDOAM‑25 trihydrochloride selectively inhibits all four KDM5 isoforms with low‑nanomolar potency (IC₅₀= 19–71 nM). It promotes global accumulation of H3K4 methylation at transcriptional start sites and reduces the growth of MM1S multiple myeloma cells.
