Applications : This is a novel azetidine‑containing naphthalenesulfonamide that inhibits the Keap1–Nrf2 protein–protein interaction, a key pathway involved in acute lung injury (ALI). It shows high PPI inhibitory potency (KD₂ = 0.22 µM), markedly improved solubility over NXPZ‑2, and demonstrates strong anti‑oxidative and anti‑inflammatory effects in LPS‑induced ALI models. With favorable pharmacokinetics and robust in vivo efficacy, it represents a promising Keap1‑targeting drug candidate for ALI treatment.
