Applications : Ki-16425 competitively antagonizes LPA₁ and LPA₃ receptors with micromolar‑range affinity (Ki = 0.34 µM and 0.93 µM). It reduces LPA‑driven p42/p44 MAPK activation and inhibits YAP/TAZ dephosphorylation in HEK293A cells, supporting its utility in studying LPA‑regulated signaling and transcriptional responses.
