Applications : KIO‑101 is a topical DHODH inhibitor developed for treating ocular inflammation. It contains the same active molecule used in KIO‑104 and belongs to the DHODH inhibitor class, which reduces T‑cell–driven inflammation. In a Phase 1 double‑masked study, KIO‑101 eye drops were well tolerated and produced a significant reduction in conjunctival hyperemia in both healthy volunteers and patients with ocular surface inflammation.

Storage : Keep container tightly closed under nitrogen or argon and refrigerate for long-term shelf life.
