Applications : KW‑2450 Free base inhibits Aurora A/B and IGF‑1R/IR signaling, leading to reduced proliferation, apoptosis induction, and impaired colony and mammosphere formation in TNBC cells. It significantly suppresses xenograft tumor growth, associated with tetraploid accumulation and subsequent apoptotic responses, and synergizes with selumetinib to further enhance antitumor activity.
