Applications : This is an impurity of Glucagon (1-29), which is derived from bovine, human, and porcine sources. It is a peptide hormone synthesized by pancreatic α-cells. This hormone stimulates gluconeogenesis and activates HNF4α, leading to an increase in HNF4α phosphorylation.
