Applications : L‑165041 selectively activates PPARδ with low‑nanomolar affinity (Ki = 6 nM) and shows substantially weaker binding to PPARγ (~730 nM). In cellular models, it induces adipocyte differentiation in NIH‑PPARδ cells, supporting its use in metabolic and lipid‑regulation research.
