Applications : L‑165041 selectively activates PPARδ with nanomolar affinity (K_i= 6 nM) and shows substantially weaker binding to PPARγ (~730 nM). In NIH‑PPARδ cells, it induces adipocyte differentiation, supporting its use in studies of PPARδ‑mediated metabolic regulation.
