Applications : L-Thyroxine 4’-O-β-D-glucuronide is a major metabolite of Thyroxine and glucuronide conjugate of Thyroxine formed via the glucuronidation of the phenyl hydroxyl group. L-Thyroxine is a synthetic hormone in the treatment of hypothyroidism. DIO enzymes convert biologically active thyroid hormone (Triiodothyronine,T3) from L-Thyroxine (T4).
