Applications : Laflunimus is an orally active immunosuppressant structurally related to the leflunomide metabolite A-771726. It inhibits DHODH and reduces immunoglobulin secretion (IC₅₀ = 2.5 µM for IgM; 2 µM for IgG). Laflunimus also targets PGHS‑1 and PGHS‑2, contributing to its broader immunomodulatory profile.
