Applications : Leflunomide 3-isomer is an analog of Leflunomide, which is an immunosuppressant agent with potential anti-inflammatory and antiviral activity. In vivo studies showed that it has reduces inflammation in several animal models of autoimmune disease, arthritis and asthma.
